We think it’s great to see our products in their natural environments and love when you share your photos with us. We may sometimes request to share these pictures in our channels. The pictures are primarily published on our Website, though they can also be used in our social media channels such as Instagram, Linkedin and Facebook.

By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesblaklader, you agree to the following:

You provide Aktiebolaget Blåkläder (“we”, “our”, “us”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use your profile picture, username and the picture that you answer with #Yesblaklader after we have commented on your picture, hereinafter referred to as ”picture”, in digital form in our marketing, including in the gallery on the website and social media.

You hereby certify that (I) you own all of your rights to your pictures, (II) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your pictures, (III) our use of your pictures will not violate any third party’s rights nor violate any law, and (IV) we are not obliged to compensate you for our use of your picture, profile picture or username.

We (Aktiebolaget Blåkläder Org.nr 556069-6618) are the data controller for the processing of personal data that follows by us using your picture.

We process your picture, profile picture and username (gathered from your account) in our marketing in order to show our customers our products in their natural environment. The processing of your personal data is done with your consent. You can at any time revoke your consent. If you revoke your consent, we will immediately remove your picture as well as stop processing your profile picture and username. The easiest way to revoke you consent if by contacting us at: gdpr@blaklader.com. We also share your picture, profile picture and username with our partners that help us administrate the pictures we are tagged in. We do not transfer your personal data outside EU/EES beyond what the social media platform that your picture is shared on does.

If you share your picture with us, we will process your personal data until we remove the picture, and for 90 days after the picture is no longer in use.
